Committees Coalition Members seek to fulfill the organizational mission by working within the following committees: Department of Social Services Dialogue Provides workshops and updated resources intended to educate the advocacy community on issues related to the homeless, near homeless and low-income individuals and families. Education Provides workshops and updated resources intended to educate the advocacy community and issues related to the homeless, near homeless and low-income individuals and families. Public Relations/Advocacy Explores and addresses the root causes of homelessness and works with other organizations to eradicate homelessness through political action. Also, works to increase community awareness of issues affecting the homeless, near homeless and those living in poverty. Homeless Outreach Brings agencies together to identify and provide solutions to systematic problems that affect the homeless, near homeless and low-income individuals and families. |
